Wedding photographer, dad of two, pizza enthusiast, dog lover, Coffee Snob and occasional CrossFit addict.

I’m based in Southport and photograph weddings across Liverpool, the North West and beyond.

If you’re looking for someone who’ll spend the day barking orders, putting you into awkward poses and turning your wedding into a photoshoot, I’m probably not your guy.

I believe the best photographs happen when you’re fully immersed in your wedding day. Laughing with your mates, hugging your grandparents, shedding a few happy tears and pulling out those questionable dance moves later on.

My job isn’t to direct every moment. It’s to capture them.

Whether you’re getting married in Liverpool, the Lake District, London or somewhere a little further afield, my goal is always the same: to create photographs that take you right back to how it all felt.

No awkward posing. No fake moments. Just brilliant memories and beautiful photographs.

My approach is simple: I want you to enjoy your wedding.

You’ve spent a load of money planning this day, and the last thing you want is to spend it looking at my face.

That means less time standing around having photos taken and more time celebrating with the people you love.

I’ll capture the laughter, happy tears, big hugs, dance floor chaos and all those little moments you might miss in the whirlwind of the day.

We’ll sneak away for a few relaxed portraits together, but it won’t take long. Just enough time to create some beautiful photographs before getting you back to the party.

Every couple is different. Some love lots of photos together, while others would rather spend every possible minute with their guests. Either way, I’ll work around your plans and help things flow naturally.

And if being in front of a camera fills you with dread, don’t worry. Most of my couples say exactly the same thing.

Capture the day as naturally as possible
Take group photos but make them quick and fun
Portraits will be fun and no more than 15/20mins
I will not boss you or your guest around.

A few random facts about me… I’m a bit of a coffee snob, love getting out on my mountain bike and I’m surprisingly good at catching sweets in my mouth. Honestly, try me when we meet.

I’m happiest exploring the countryside with my family, usually followed by a trip to a cosy country pub.

I’ve also been described as a Ninja Photographer by countless couples over the years. Quietly blending into the background, capturing all the good stuff without getting in the way. It pretty much sums up how I work.
